Job Summary
The State College Area School District anticipates filling the Assistant VarsityBoys Basketball Coach positions.
The Coach is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to student-athletes as well as supporting an overall vision for the High School Program. The Assistant Coaches report to the High School Head Coach in support of program goals and are seeking positive passionate experienced and enthusiastic individuals who will not only instruct student-athletes in fundamental skills strategy and physical training but also guide and mentor them to be driven and responsible student-athletes and citizens.
Both the PA Dept. of Education and the PIAA require specific safety and coaching training to include CPR and First Aid. See theAthletics websitefor details.
