Responsibilities That Make an Impact

As an Assistant Brewer at Manhattan Project Beer Co. youll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

Brewing and Production

• Assisting the production staff with brewing systems workflow (50 bbl 30 bbl 3 bbl 10 gal).
• Monitoring product in process and fermentation.

Quality and Innovation

• Conducting daily measurements sensory analysis and making process decisions to ensure exceptional quality.
• Participating in product development tastings and sensory panels.

Maintenance and Operations

• Operating and maintaining the centrifuge CIP skid and other equipment.
• Driving and operating forklifts and scissor lifts to support production.

Keeping It Clean and Organized

• Maintaining a clean and organized production area that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Your Schedule

Our team works hard to deliver exceptional beer while maintaining a work-life balance. The schedule includes:

• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• Biweekly weekend duties (approximately 2 hours).
