Description: Seeking an Assistant Financial Center Manager for a local bank with a great reputation. The Financial Center Manager works to achieve location and bank goals through collaboration team building individual cross selling and relationship building. Responsible for mentoring and coaching staff in all aspects of the also be responsible for the day to day operations profitability and growth of the financial center. Position is Direct Hire and offers competitive benefits.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of retail sales / customer service experience or 1 year of previous relationship banking experience
Consumer lending experience preferred
Previous cash handling experience required
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; every other Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm
