Position Summary
The Operations academic area within the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking to fill one or more tenure-track or tenured faculty positions with an anticipated start date of July 1 2027. Successful candidates will be both productive researchers as well as creative and effective teachers capable of contributing to the Schools Undergraduate Master of Business Administration Master of Accounting Master of Science in Management Ph.D. and Executive Development programs. Selected applicants are anticipated to teach and research in areas of Operations Management such as Supply Chain Management Service Operations (e.g. Healthcare Retail etc.) Sustainability Digital Operations Business Analytics and/or other related areas.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Successful applicants will have strong research skills and will be expected to publish in top-tier academic journals.
