Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor access control video surveillance and alarm systems.
• Validate alarms and distinguish actionable incidents from false activations.
• Respond to critical incidents and coordinate emergency protocols.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a relevant field such as GSOC SOC or emergency communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word Excel Outlook).
• Ability to work a fixed rotating shift schedule and maintain confidentiality.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise access control and video management platforms.
• Familiarity with threat-intelligence and natural hazard monitoring platforms.
• Emergency dispatch certification CPR/AED and First Aid credentials.
• Progress toward or completion of a recognized security certification (e.g. ASIS PSP).
