We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Asset Management Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for asset management purchasing coordination cost tracking and administrative support to ensure smooth efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact point with landlords and property management forwarehousefacility maintenance installations and TI (Tenant Improvement) requests.
• Maintain accurate asset records numbering systems and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and cross-warehouse resource allocation initiatives.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables from request initiation to system entry delivery verification and stock control.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations billing and reconciliation; maintain accurate purchase logs.
• Optimize purchasing costs and maintain a shared supplier resource pool across U.S. warehouses.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of forklifts charging stations and related warehouse equipment.
• Generate regular analysis reports on asset usage costs and resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration accounting or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse administrationor accounting is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese speaking/writing
• Strong data management and Excel/ERP system skills.
• Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
