The AMG Development Program is a comprehensive interactive program that will prepare you to cultivate relationships with clients and assume key client facing rolesand/or prepare you for a role supporting the investment management businesseswithin theAsset Management Group. The2-yearprogram providesopportunityto learn the business through an extensive mix of classroom trainingand on thejob learningwhile gaining visibility among the firms senior leadership.

The team of advisors includes Banking Advisor Fiduciary Advisor Investment Advisor Wealth Strategist and Relationship Strategist
Institutional Asset Management (IAM):PNCInstitutional Asset Management has been providing Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) Fixed Income and Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Retirement Solutions for corporations nonprofitsgovernmentsand other institutional investors for over 75 years. IAMs localregional based service teams provide our clients with customized solutions to help achieve their mission and grow their organizations. Our team of advisors includes Business Development Officers Investment Advisors Relationship Managers Retirement Plan Advisors and Portfolio Management & Analytics teams.
Investment Office:The Asset Management Group Investment Office is an extension of our dedicated investment team. Working with Investment Advisors our deep bench of investment professionalsprovidein-depth support and analysis on investment strategy asset allocation manager selection and portfolio construction.
Geographic flexibility isimportanttoyour success in this program.Opportunities are available throughout PNCsfootprint.Analysts entering the Asset Management Group Development Program will be in a clientfacing andsales supporting role.

Participates as ananalyst inthe line of business developmentprogram.
Performs orassiststhe core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g.deal sales or process support internal or externalclientinteraction orsupporting internal projects).Works undersupervision andmay have limited approval and/or exception authority.
Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g.identifiesand networks with business representatives and peersparticipatesin mentoring jobshadowingand community outreach).
Participates in formal learning (e.g.classroom web-based or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.
Supports the internal and externalclientexperience byalways providing excellent service; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.
Required Education and Experience:
Preferred business relevant majors (e.g.Finance Accounting IT Economics Marketing Math Statistics HR Management Communications Business Law Psychology LogisticsEngineeringActuarial Sciences)MinimumGPA 3.2.
Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professionalexperience butpossessingrelevant skills.Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.
