Job Summary
Job Title: Assembly / Machine Operator / General Laborer
Location: Saltillo MS
Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hour
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated and dependable candidates for a manufacturing facility in Saltillo MS. Employees will begin in an Assembly position and will have the opportunity to train into Machine Operator and General Labor roles as they grow within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable long-term employment with room for advancement.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities:
- Starting pay is $15.00 per hour
- Employees will receive a $0.75 pay increase after completing 520 hours
- Opportunities to transfer to different departments branches and shifts after being hired on permanently
Schedule:
- Initial Training Schedule (First 23 Weeks):Monday through Friday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Regular Production Schedule After Training:2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Two days on two days off
- Every other weekend required
- Two days on two days off
Job Duties:
- Assemble products and manufacturing components
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely
- Support production and general labor operations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and production standards
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Must be reliable hardworking and willing to learn multiple job functions
- Ability to work overtime and rotating schedules when needed
