Assembly Technician

PPS is seeking a mechanically inclined Assembly Technician / Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing partner in the Chardon area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work has experience using basic hand tools and is looking for a stable long-term position.

What Youll Do:

• Operate a crimping machine to assemble manufactured components.
• Perform basic die changes using hand tools and wrenches.
• Make minor machine adjustments and assist with setups.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool experience.
• Manufacturing assembly or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous crimping experience is NOT required! Were looking for someone mechanically inclined reliable and interested in building a long-term career.
