Pay Rate/Range: $17-$20/hr
Description: Lead team in completing production orders and delivering quality parts in a safe productive manner and on time. Responsible for keeping shop operating efficiently managing inventory and people to reach production target. Must be able to set up equipment and problem solve issues in department and communicate with other team leads as well as engineering and management. Manage team performance and compliance with Websters policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
2 Years Team Lead or Burner Assembly Experience
Able to read and understand wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Able to use hand tools such as hacksaw tube cutter bender pliers wire strippers tape measure hammer wrenches hole punch and screwdrivers.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily.
Knowledge of electrical circuitry.
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30am-1:30pm
