A client of Innova Solutionsis immediately hiring a Assembly Technician.
Position Type: Full time Contract Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months
Location: Tempe AZ 85281 (Onsite/Weekend Shift/6am-6pm/Fri Sat & Sun)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $23-$25/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.

As a Assembly Technician you will:
- Client is seeking an Assembler for Chemical Services to support the safe assembly handling labeling packaging and preparation of chemical-related products and service materials.
- This role is responsible for following work instructions maintaining quality standards using proper safety procedures inspecting finished items and keeping accurate production and inventory records.
- The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and experience in assembly production packaging or chemical handling.
- It also requires adherence to chemical safety practices proper use of personal protective equipment and attention to detail in all assembly-related tasks
Ideal Candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
- Experience in assembly production packaging or chemical handling preferred
- Read and follow written work instructions safety procedures and safety guidelines
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality practices
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Meet physical demands of the position
