AssemblerTester B (#43e2)

You will assemble and test products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery targets supporting production and quality teams in an onsite first-shift (MonFri 6:00 AM2:30 PM) manufacturing environment in Irvine CA. You will work under direct supervisory guidance contribute to lean initiatives and interact with inspection and test stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools mechanical/electronic tools test equipment and inspection measurement equipment
• Record test results on data forms and operate basic electrical equipment and flow meters
• Interpret blueprints engineering orders assembly routes test specifications service bulletins and quality directives
• Produce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards; assemble and test to specifications
• Perform touch-up or full surface painting of parts and mix/clean finishing materials
• Identify and recommend opportunities for lean improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain a FOD-free work area and ensure equipment calibration per schedule

• Must be a US Citizen
• 12 years soldering experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vision screening required
• At least 1 year general mechanical work experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints route sheets and test specifications
• Basic math verbal written and basic computer skills
• Strong mechanical reasoning and ability to select procedures techniques tools and equipment
• Ability to apply lean initiatives and work effectively in a team environment

$25.60 - $32.00/hour
