Job Description:
We are seeking qualified and motivated applicants for industrial assembly work. QIL offers on-the-job training for applicants who are eager to learn and add value.

Skills Needed:

• Solid work ethic
• Experience with hand tools
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic math skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with reading assembly prints

Preferred Experience:

• Carpentry
• Auto mechanics or auto body
• Manufacturing or assembly
• Experience within a manufacturing environment

Knowledge Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade classes (helpful but not required)
• Certificate in auto mechanic or auto body repair (helpful but not required)
