Assembler Level 3P

Our client a Manufacturing Conglomerate company is looking for a Assembler Level 3P for their East Setauket NY location.

Responsibilities:

• Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring component installation hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Frequently interacts with peers and customers to exchange or present factual information.
• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
• Normally receives little instruction on daily work general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
