JOB DESCRIPTION
Role is expected to be in individual that under direct supervision is capable of following instructions both verbal and written and demonstrates a willingness to learn assembly processes and procedures quickly while striving for continuous improvement
Essential Responsibilities
Adhere to all safety processes and procedures.
Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
Produce and install wiring onto components following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
Capable of completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures including cutting drilling and tapping.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn new product.
Familiar with basic hand and power tool usage.
Possesses basic mechanical aptitude.
Desired Characteristics
Manufacturing/assembly/wiring experience.
Panel assembly and wiring experience.
Strong attention to detail.
