The shift is 7-3:30 (flexible within an hour or so)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for someone to assemble medical devices in a cleanroom setting. The ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Follow standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices to perform various processes potentially using small tools to manufacture medical devices in a clean room environment.

Essential / Key Job Responsibilities (including supervisory and/or fiscal):

• Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperwork
• Assist with projects and qualifications concerning the process when needed
• Communicate effectively/positively with co-workers
• Enter batch information into database
• Utilize small hand tools and/or precision devices to aid in the manufacturing process
• Perform manufacturing operations with few errors (demonstrates high quality work)

Required Qualifications:

• Basic math and English skills both written and verbal are required
• Basic computer and software skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma preferred. Equivalent work experience is acceptable.
• Highly skilled in two main manufacturing processes.

Main manufacturing processes are defined as:

Pad Printing Heat bonding UV Curing Laser welding Catheter inspection RF Welding HLH Vacuum lamination Balloon blowing Catheter annealing PVA spraying Split die lamination Dip coating.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk sit use sight and use hands to manipulate handle or feel objects tools controls and office equipment.
• The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop kneel or crouch.

Work Environment:
