ASD Client Specialist Brooklyn, NY

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate motivated and relationship-driven ASD Client Specialist to join our growing this role youll serve as a key connection between families schools and our clinical teamhelping children access critical ASD evaluation services as early as possible. If youre someone who enjoys building relationships guiding families through important decisions and working in a fast-paced mission-driven environment this is an opportunity to make a real difference while growing professionally.

What Youll Do:
Build relationships with families schools and community partners throughout Brooklyn and NYC
Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluations and diagnosis
Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams
Manage leads follow-ups and communication through CRM systems
Serve as a supportive and reliable point of contact for families throughout the intake process
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What Were Looking For:
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-through and relationship-building skills
Experience in outreach sales healthcare customer service or client relations preferred (but not required)
