At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) were dedicated to helping children access critical ASD evaluation services as early as possible. Were looking for a compassionate and driven Client Outreach Specialist to serve as a key connection between families schools and our clinical team across Brooklyn and the NYC area. If youre someone who thrives on building relationships and guiding families through important decisions this role offers both purpose and growth.

What Youll Do;

• Connect with families schools and community partners across Brooklyn and NYC
• Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluation and diagnosis
• Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams
• Manage leads follow-ups and communication through CRM systems
• Serve as a consistent supportive point of contact for families throughout the process
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What You Bring;

• Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Experience in outreach sales healthcare or client relations (preferred not required)
