Art Department Work Study Student Assistant

• Assist students in the Painting and Printmaking Studios.
• Ensure safety practices are employed and that rooms and equipment are kept secure neat and clean.
• Assist with technical questions/issues that students may have.
• Assist with computer/software related troubleshooting.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned in the ART Department.

• It is preferred but not required that the incumbent demonstrates enrollment as an art major.
• Prior experience of printmaking processes.
• Intermediate skill level with PC computers.
• Basic knowledge of computer art software including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prior experience working in an art studio/laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
