- Thursday:12 Midnight- 7:00AM
- Friday: 12 Midnight- 7:00AM
- Saturday:12 Midnight- 7:00AM
City Security Services is seeking a professional dependable and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within a dynamic residential this role you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols monitor resident and visitor activity respond to security incidents and maintain a visible security presence throughout the candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure exercise sound judgment and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout aresidential community
- Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
- Respond to resident complaints disturbances and suspicious activity
- Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities parking areas and common spaces
- Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed
- Respond to resident complaints disturbances and suspicious activity
- Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
- Contact law enforcement fire or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
- Active Level III Security License
- Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
