Pay Rate: $30.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Perform armed patrols of interior and exterior areas access points parking areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points visitor activity and deliveries; verify credentials and follow established entry and escort procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms medical events and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 years of combined law enforcement military or security-related experience or a college degree.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
