Pay Rate: 23.00

American Guard Services (AGS) is seeking a dependable and professional Armed Field Supervisor to oversee security operations and support field personnel in the Rialto area. The ideal candidate will be an experienced armed security professional with strong leadership skills a valid drivers license and the ability to ensure contract compliance and safety standards during overnight operations.

• Supervise and support security officers at assigned locations.
• Conduct site inspections and patrols.
• Respond to incidents emergencies and client concerns.
• Ensure officers comply with company policies and post orders.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Serve as the primary field contact during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Valid California Guard Card
• Valid Armed Guard Card
• Power of Arrest Certificate
• Valid Drivers License

• Must be armed and possess all required permits/licenses.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and travel between assigned locations.
• Previous security supervisory experience preferred.
