Position Overview
American Guard Services is seeking an experienced Armed Field Supervisor to oversee security operations throughout the Moreno Valley area. This leadership role is responsible for supporting field personnel conducting site visits ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining strong client relationships.
Schedule
Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday
Work Days: Monday TuesdayFriday Saturday & Sunday
Shift: Varies (Swing/Overnight)
Requirements
- Valid California Guard Card
- Valid Armed Guard Card / Firearms Permit
- Current Power of Arrest Certificate
- Valid California Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers assigned to various locations
- Conduct site inspections and field visits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and post orders
- Respond to incidents and provide operational support as needed
- Complete reports and communicate updates to management
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and personnel
Qualifications
- Previous security supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working in government or high-security environments is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Compensation
$23.00 per hour
