• Support servers and food runners with table maintenance water service and guest needs

• Refill water glasses and assist with bread service or table enhancements as directed

• Ensure proper table settings linens and alignment before and during service

• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to support service flow and timing

• Uphold all safety sanitation and cleanliness standards consistently

• Previous restaurant or fine-dining experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining an immaculate dining room

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-standard service environment

• Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods lift trays and move quickly and safely. Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs repeatedly.

• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
