Area Sales Manager

As Area Sales Manager youll drive market growth and team performance in our hospice and palliative care services. Youll partner with Program Directors and Regional Sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies manage community liaison teams and expand our patient census in your territory.

Location: Albuquerque New Mexico
Territory: Albuquerque and Las Cruces
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Travel: Minimum 70% of time in assigned territory

• Lead and manage community liaisons ensuring theyre equipped and focused on engaging target accounts effectively
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to empower team members with the skills and knowledge to excel
• Generate regular reports on sales metrics visit frequency referrals and KPIs for the region
• Assist in recruiting and hiring community liaison staff for open and growth positions
• Stay informed about market trends competitive landscape and industry best practices in sales strategies
• Drive growth in local and regional patient census

• Bachelors degree (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare sales or community liaison experience (hospice preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospice regulations
• Proven success in growing patient census
• Valid drivers license vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

Salary: $110000$120000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
