• Lead and execute community sales and marketing initiativesto drive occupancy including tours lead follow-up CRM management competitive analysis and achievement of census and budget goals.
• Develop and implement quarterly marketing plansin collaboration with leadership incorporating outreach strategies market trends strengths/weaknesses and performance tracking.
• Build strong referral and community relationships through networking presentations events and partnerships with healthcare providers senior services and local organizations.
• Enhance the communitys brand and reputationby managing social media and online reviews coordinating move-ins maintaining marketing materials and reports and upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with residents families and staff
• Customer-focused mindset with a caring compassionate approach to working with seniors
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational problem-solving and conflict-management skills and the ability to work independently while effectively managing time and priorities
• Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).
• At least 4years of sales experiencein senior living sales
• Must be 21 years of age or older
