Role Summary

The Integrated Medicine ABM leads a high-performing team across both the Neuroscience (Migraine) and Cardiovascular (NVAF/VTE) portfolios two of Pfizers most strategically important therapeutic areas.

This role requires a manager who canoperateacross complex science-intensive customer environments develop deep clinical credibility with specialists and primary care stakeholders and drive commercial performance across a broad portfolio. The ABM reports to the Regional Business Director and works closely with Marketing Channel and cross-functional HQ partners todeliver onbusiness imperatives.

Role Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Hire coach develop and manage 912representativesacross Neuroscience and Cardiovascular portfolios

  • Establish clear team goals hold team members accountable to performance standards and manage underperformance with directness and care

  • Builda strong teamculture grounded in engagement morale and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Apply situational leadership and multimodal coaching live virtual and hybrid to strengthenrepcapabilities across all engagement types

  • Ensure colleagues receive meaningful development opportunities that support career growth and long-term engagement

Business Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic area business plans aligned to national and regional priorities across both therapeutic areas

  • Own area-level budget accountability; plans organizes and monitors resource deployment to maximize business potential

  • Conduct proactive data analysis toidentifymarket trends assess key stakeholders andanticipatefuture shifts in the business landscape

  • Ensure effective and efficientutilizationof promotional materials and measure field execution against plan

  • Collaborate with Marketing during the Op Plan process to shape key strategies business imperatives and objectives

Customer Engagement & Key Account Development

  • Build andmaintainrelationships with customers (including KOLs) large group practices hospitals and managed care organizations across both the Migraine and NVAF/VTE landscapes

  • Model high clinical knowledge and the ability to lead credible science-forward conversations across therapeutic areas

  • Identifyand pursue key account development opportunities thatimpactarea and national business

  • Champion the value of cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs; connect HSPs with channel and HQ partners to address complex customer requirements

  • Coachreps on seamlessly integrating digital tools and cross-functional colleagues into customer engagements

Compliance & Integrity

  • Ensure full compliance of all selling activities for self and team with all legal regulatory and Pfizer policy requirements

  • Maintain complete working knowledge of all relevant compliance policies; escalate issues promptly

  • Ensure all team actions reflect Pfizers commitment tointegritymodel compliant behavior in every customer and internal interaction

Digital & Operational Excellence

  • Expert-level operation of digital and virtual tools and platforms

  • Apply data-driven resource management to ensureappropriate channeldeployment across a dual-portfolio area

  • Leverage sales data and reporting software to draw conclusions adjust strategy and adapt to Pfizers evolving technology model

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • 6 years of pharmaceutical biotech or medical marketing/sales experience with at least 35 years in a demonstrated leadership role across peer and customer groups

  • Experience engaging key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices hospitals or managed care organizations preferred

  • Valid U.S. drivers license with driving record in compliance with company standards; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years is disqualifying

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others and create meaningful business impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred

  • 5 years of people management experience; proven ability to develop and motivate others lead through change and deliver on business imperatives

  • Specialty sales experience and therapeuticexpertisestrongly preferred; cross-portfolio or integrated medicine experience a plus

  • Ability to develop and reinforce teamexpertiseacross a broader portfolio with a Science First mindset

  • Cross-functional collaboration mindset aligned to a One Pfizer commitment to the customer

  • Feedback-driven culture builder; proactivelyidentifiesareas of improvement with accountability to Rep 2.0 standards

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139000 - $280400. In addition this position offers an additional Sales Incentive bonus.
