Archive Advantage Production Manager:

DKA helps individuals with disabilities and behavioral health issues become employed. Archive Advantage our digital archiving business serves customers and gives DKA clients hands-on job training.

As Production Manager you will oversee the entire Archive operation: lead the team delight customers grow revenue run marketing campaigns and keep projects accurate and on time. This is a full-time exempt on-site leadership role on the DKA manager team.

Essential Duties

• Keep Archive operations accurate and on time including quotes Holds payments inventory and supply orders
• Hire train supervise and coach Archive and DKA staff including performance reviews timekeeping in ISolved and coverage
• Make sure staff finish paperwork reports and required training (Relias BHT cyber security)
• Serve as quality control for staff and client work
• Teach staff and clients to use scanning equipment and software such as Proton and Photoshop
• Coach clients on professional conduct and step in as a hands-on job coach when needed
• Work with clients support teams and other managers to build training programs
• Protect confidentiality under HIPAA DRM and Federal Copyright Regulations and follow all policies contracts and RBHA regulations
• Support marketing and community engagement and take on other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associates degree or higher in business behavioral health computer science or a related field
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification or equivalent
• 3 years of industry-related experience including 1 year supervising staff
• Excellent communication leadership problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAMHSA guidelines the NASW Code of Ethics and the DSM-5-TR
• Able to obtain fingerprint clearance within 90 days and pass a background check and drug screening
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or able to obtain it upon hire
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times (medium-duty work)
