Join a nationally recognized 100% employee-owned architecture and design firm seeking an Architectural Project Captain with a passion for technical this role youll apply your expertise in precision detailing complex coordination and high-quality documentation for large-scale commercial industrial and mission-critical projects. This role is ideal for an architect or project captain who thrives on technical project work.

Project Captain / Architect Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior staff to develop detailed construction documents for commercial industrial and mission-critical projects
• Research and apply zoning site planning and building code requirements to ensure design compliance.
• Integrate architectural design and documentation with structural mechanical and electrical systems.
• Produce advanced architectural detailing and specifications for projects.
• Oversee the work of more junior staff
• Communicate with contractors consultants and clients to resolve design and construction challenges.

Project Captain / Architect Qualifications:

• AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or a Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
  
• 7 years of professional experience in architecture with commercial or industrial building projects
• Revit proficiency
• Strong construction detailing specifications and building code knowledge.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Project experience with industrial or mission-critical projects
• Architectural licensure is a plus.
