Summary of Position:
Assist customers with Arcade. Provide friendly responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employees primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time they will want to return again and again.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
- Help guest with redeeming points for prizes
- Let customers know point balance on their cards
- Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.
- Keeps area clean during and after customers are in arcade
- Keeps work area equipment counters and storage areas clean and orderly
- Notify management of any games needing repaired or issues with card kiosks
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
