Pay Range:

Schedule Details: 4C/D Night shift Level 4; 4-Shift Work Schedule 4:00 PM- 4:15AM

Hourly Rate: $27.34 - $33.16

Remington Ammunition is seeking an ARC Plant Technician. In this role you will operate and maintain equipment used in lead reclamation shot production hazardous waste processing and material recycling operations. You will perform equipment changeovers troubleshoot production issues complete preventive maintenance activities and help ensure safe efficient operations across the ARC facility.

This position plays a critical role in supporting production goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety quality and environmental compliance.

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is based out of our facility in Lonoke Arkansas.

What Youll Do:

• Operate equipment used in lead remelting lead shot production hazardous waste processing and recycling operations.

• Perform machine setup changeovers and equipment adjustments to support production requirements.

• Conduct routine inspections preventive maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.

• Safely operate forklifts hand tools acetylene torches and other equipment as required.

• Maintain accurate production and process records.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with process development and testing activities when needed.

• Mentor and assist team members in training.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.

• Follow all safety environmental quality and company policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma GED or equivalent.

• At least one year of manufacturing industrial maintenance mechanical or related production experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.

• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to read understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic computer skills including data entry and completing electronic forms.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to safety quality and detail.

• Ability to obtain Hazardous Waste Management certification/training within six months of hire.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment including a respirator and meet medical qualification requirements.

You Might Also Bring:

• Experience operating industrial processing equipment.

• Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial vehicles.

• Experience working in a manufacturing recycling foundry metals or hazardous materials environment.
