Role reports to Pennsauken NJ 5 days a Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our team. The AR Clerk will be responsible for various tasks related to cash application claim filing document organization and customer account follow-ups. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of receivables and supporting the overall AR Responsibilities:Claim Filing:File claims for invoices that were either skipped or paid short by and follow up on open claims to ensure timely Management:Collect and organize route accounting paperwork from all CDDV warehouse well-organized digital and/or physical filing systems for accounting of Delivery (POD) Retrieval:Pull PODs as requested by the AR teams located in Landover and timely and accurate retrieval of documents to support invoice disputes and claim Communication:Contact customers with past-due accounts to collect outstanding professional and courteous communication to support positive customer :High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Accounting or related field experience in an accounts receivable or accounting support role is a organizational skills and attention to to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced offer a competitive salary of $35k-43k.
