Aquatic Control Inc. is a privately owned lake and pond management company with our home office in Seymour Indiana and satellite offices in Valparaiso IN; Newburg IN; Truesdale MO; Jackson TN; Williamsville IL; Elizabethtown KY; Elkhart IA; Knoxville TN; Davenport IA; and Lakemoor IL. We are actively growing and need to add a Pond and Lake Technician at our Williamsville IL location. Start date: August/September 2026

The Position:

• EPA registered aquatic herbicide and algaecide application
• Installation and maintenance of aerators fountains and compressed air systems
• Aquatic plant surveys
• Assisting with and writing vegetation management plans
• Fish management surveys
• Assisting with fish survey reports
• Data entry and management
• General maintenance of trucks boats equipment and grounds

• High School Diploma or GED
• Insurable Driving Record
• Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening & DOT Physical
• Comfortable Driving Truck & Boat Trailer Combination
• Basic mechanical ability (experience in outboard motor operation is a plus)
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment (physical labor required)
• Ability to work an average of 50-60 hours per week
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
