• Oversee daily aquatic operations ensuring a safe clean and welcoming pool environment
• Recruit train schedule and supervise swim instructors and aquatic staff
• Monitor and maintain water quality pool safety standards and facility compliance
• Manage student enrollments class scheduling and program development
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve parent and student concerns promptly
• Track and report on program performance attendance and revenue metrics
• Ensure all staff certifications (CPR lifeguard swim instruction) remain current

• 1 years of experience in swim instruction or a related leadership role
• Current lifeguard certification CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of water safety standards and aquatic programming
• Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team of aquatic professionals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules enrollments and administrative tasks
• Comfortable working in a pool environment with flexible scheduling including weekends

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
