Job Summary
Sterling Grove located in Surprise AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Aqua Fitness Instructor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Teaches morning aqua fitness classes weekly
- Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety
- Ensures proper up-to-date and safe procedures are used in the teaching of all classes
- Monitors classes in progress and provides constructive assistance
- Enforces all rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Experience required
- Healthcare Benefits Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)

- Additional Compensation Eligibility for Commissions
