Join Vera Whole Health in South Tacoma Washington where youll have the time support and resources to build meaningful patient relationships and make a lasting impact in your community. Our value-based care model prioritizes prevention whole-person care and better health outcomes allowing you to focus on quality care rather than volume.

As a licensed Nurse Practitioner (APP) youll see approximately 12-16 patients per day with longer appointment times and support from a collaborative care team empowering you to practice at the top of your license.

What Youll Do
  • Deliver evidence-based primary care services in a patient-centered environment.
  • Build trusted relationships and help patients achieve their health goals.
  • Partner with patients and the care team including a Whole Health Coach to develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide preventive care acute care chronic disease management and care coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives that drive exceptional patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Board Certification as an NP or PA
  • Current DEA registration
  • Primary care family medicine or internal medicine experience preferred
  • Passion for relationship-based whole-person care

The anticipated base salary range represents the Companys good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
