We Offer:
Pay range of $18 to $24 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
Pay raise following paid training completion
Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
Paid training in a new trade including a 5-day trip with travel and expenses covered
Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
No weekends late nights or evenings (overtime is available)

Requirements
An ability to identify compare and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Nice to have
Hands-on experience in a trade like painting auto body cabinetry or flooring or even as a personal hobby

Match colors and finishes so each repair disappears into the surface
Problem-solve each job with creativity since no two pieces of damage are the same
Spot additional repairs during walk-throughs and point them out when they help the customer
