The Mission
Your objective is high-velocity conversion. Using a high-speed power dialer you will be the primary engine of our sales funnel turning outbound leads into confirmed high-quality appointments for our sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Outreach: Execute a minimum of 275 outbound calls per day using our automated dialing system.
• Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushback and pivot conversations to secure booked appointments.
• Conversion Targets: Maintain a 15% call-to-appointment conversion rate to stay on track with team goals.
• Data Integrity: Accurately track activities and update CRM records to ensure a seamless handoff to the closing team.

• Sales Grit: Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales telemarketing or debt collection. You are comfortable with the grind.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills. You must be relatable confident and able to build immediate rapport with US homeowners.
• KPI Obsessed: You are motivated by leaderboards. You enjoy the transparency of a role where your performance is measured in real-time.
• Resilience: You can handle a high volume of rejection and still bring maximum energy to every single dial.
• Technical Readiness: A stable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps) a professional noise-canceling headset and a quiet dedicated home office.

• Experience with power dialers and CRM software.
• Ability to work strictly within US Pacific Standard Time (PST).
