How youll make an impact

• Identify recommend and implement application technologies and IT solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

• Support application design configuration development testing deployment and ongoing optimization.

• Collaborate with architects application managers and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.

• Manage and support the full application lifecycle from requirements gathering through production deployment.

• Provide application support and resolve issues to ensure reliable service delivery.

• Deliver user training and enable adoption of new tools and processes.

• Maintain and manage application records and data within ServiceNow CMDB.

• Ensure compliance with application governance standards and cybersecurity requirements.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application management and service delivery within a multinational environment.

• Experience working with global virtual teams and diverse stakeholder groups.

• Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as JavaScript Python C# C or MSSQL.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and development platforms such as Azure DevOps.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and project management capabilities with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives.
