Job Description:
As a Senior BI/Tableau Administrator you will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms ensuring high availability performance and security across environments. You will oversee platform administration troubleshoot complex issues and support data integrations that drive critical business intelligence solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Tableau databases and integration platforms along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Tableau Cloud environments including sites projects users groups permissions and security configurations
• Monitor platform performance including extract refreshes subscriptions and scheduled jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau performance connectivity and reporting issues
• Support report developers analysts and business users with platform and reporting needs
• Manage deployment and promotion of reports across development testing and production environments
• Support and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database environments for enterprise reporting
• Perform data validation investigate data discrepancies and ensure data quality
• Monitor database connectivity query performance and data refresh processes
• Optimize SQL queries and assist in troubleshooting performance-related issues
• Support and monitor Azure Data Factory pipelines for data integration processes
• Investigate and resolve data load failures and integration issues
• Collaborate with development and integration teams during incident resolution and deployments
• Support MuleSoft Runtime environments and integrations impacting analytics platforms
• Maintain technical documentation and support SDLC processes
• Provide guidance mentorship and training to team members

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• 5 years of experience in Tableau administration and enterprise BI platforms
• Strong expertise in Tableau Cloud administration and support
• Experience with Salesforce data structures including objects relationships and reporting impacts
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Azure SQL Database or similar relational systems
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of user management including roles permissions and access control
• Experience troubleshooting platform data and integration issues
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and technical documentation practices
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage work from requirements through implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and data pipelines (preferred)
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations and runtime environments (preferred)
• Experience working with Salesforce reporting and data environments (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments (preferred)

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
