Job Summary
Training Shift: During the initial training period of 3 to 6 months or longer you will be required to work daytime hours.
Regular Shifts Available:
1) Monday to Friday- 11:30pm to 8:00am
2) Monday to Friday- 4:00pm to 12:30am
The Application Support Level 1 primary responsibility is to provide first level support to Radias physicians and staff. This support includes technical evaluation installation configuration repair and maintenance of PC hardware and software. Support for MS Windows MS Office and all desktop applications including the Radia Application Suite. Assists members of IT department with day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned.This position will be located in Lynnwood WA
Compensation:
Hourly salary range $23.37/hour to $33.09/hour. Salary is based on multiple factors including but not limited to job-related experience knowledge skills abilities and employment status.

Prior Experience:
- Preferred twoyears experience supporting Windows and MS Office in a Windows Domainenvironment with a minimum of 40 systems.
- Experience in support of healthcare in general and radiology in specific is preferred.
- Desiredcertifications include CompTIA A/Network Microsoft MCP/MCSA or acombination of equivalent work experience and similar certifications.
- A valid Washington State drivers license and car insurance is Preferred.
