SummaryWere looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Industrial Air Applications Specialist to join our this role youll serve as a key point of contact for our distributors and internal sales team offering product guidance and resolving technical issues with efficiency and clarity. Youll work closely with technical colleagues and the Quality Assurance team to ensure customers have the best experience while using our timely and professional support to customers via phone email Teams or in technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal closely with QA/QC to validate product conformance by pneumatic testing dimensional measuring and visual customer interactions feedback and issues in and understand the competitive distributors with creating the most cost-effective solutions to meet their customers opportunities for product or process with Microsoft Teams Excel Word & to read Imperial and Metric to use hand tools i.e. cordless drills impact wrenches tubing cutter and miter of lifting in the compressed air industry is a plus but not travel required.
