Application Programmer III

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Python Developer.
Position type: Contract
Duration: 18 Months
Location: Jersey City New Jersey (3 Days Onsite)


As a Python Developer you will :
develop and support AI-powered applications using Python ReactJS TypeScript and LLM frameworks building agentic AI solutions chatbots copilot experiences and RAG based systems.

Required Skills (Must-Have)
Strong experience with Python development and LLM/Agent development.
Hands-on experience with ReactJS TypeScript and .
Experience building chatbot copilot or agent-based AI applications.
Experience with LangChain LangGraph Google Agent SDK or AutoGen frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.
Experience building API-driven UI components and frontend integrations.
Experience with Streaming UI technologies such as WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
Experience integrating AI applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering Tool Calling and Agent Workflows.
Experience with MongoDB for application and conversation data storage.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Preferred Skills
Experience with MongoDB.
Experience with Redis for caching and session management.
Experience with ClickHouse for analytics and high-performance data processing.
Experience deploying applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes (K8s).
Experience with Vector Databases and Embedding Models.
Experience building multi-agent workflows and agent orchestration solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of software engineering experience.
Proven experience building chatbot copilot or AI agent solutions.
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph AutoGen or Google Agent SDK.
Experience developing frontend applications using ReactJS TypeScript and .
Experience implementing RAG Prompt Engineering and Tool-Based Agents.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65/hr - $68/hr on W2.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
