Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Application Programmer

Scope of Services

Design code compile test debug modify and document new or existing application programs within accepted standards procedures and guidelines.
Identify research and resolve program machine data or system software problems frequently on an individual basis in consultation with other employees and/or users.
Review the work of programmers for assigned systems responsibility to ensure data integrity and availability.
Analyze changes enhancements and/or system designs to ensure data integrity and availability.

Mandatory Expertise / Experience

Two (2) years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
- SQL Server and data integrity solutions
- CRM systems intake portals and automated reporting
- .NET full-stack and frameworks
- Enterprise coding best practices

Desirable Expertise / Experience

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and modern frameworks (Vue Angular React)
Prior experience developing state applications or working within regulated public-sector environments.

***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop monitor etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumens client allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
