Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Appian platform architecture BPM fundamentals and Appian technical features including Designer and Configuration components.
- Hands-on experience with Appian BPM application design and development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins and Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Continuous Integration practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively in short sprints and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also mentoring and guiding team members when required.
