Job Summary

We are hiring an Apartment Community Manager to lead Crestview at Apex in Apex NC.

Our Community Managers are business leaders who oversee operations sales financial performance and team this role youll lead the leasing and maintenance teams drive community performance and help create an exceptional experience for our residents.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop the leasing and maintenance teams through coaching feedback and support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the community.
  • Manage the property budget increase revenue and work toward operational and financial goals.
  • Drive leasing performance occupancy resident retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and ensure a high level of service throughout the community.
  • Monitor community performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Ensure the community operates in accordance with company policies procedures and applicable legal requirements.

What You Have

  • 4 years of experience in sales customer service asset management property management or a similar industry such as hospitality retail or restaurants.
  • 2 years of leadership experience in property management.
  • Experience leading a team in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to mentor coach and develop team members.
  • Experience using sales processes and performance metrics to drive results.
  • General understanding of financials budgets and property performance.
  • Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata OneSite SmartRent Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Flexible availability to work during community office hours. The typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 AM-6:30 PM (hours may vary based on community and season).
  • Reliable transportation.
