Job Summary
Sparta Networking is supporting a leading aviation maintenance organization in Greensboro North Carolina in the hiring of experienced FAA-certified A&P Inspectors.
This position supports widebody heavy maintenance operations and focuses on ensuring airworthiness regulatory compliance and quality assurance during scheduled heavy checks. The ideal candidate has strong heavy maintenance experience and a deep understanding of FAA standards and inspection procedures.

Perform required inspections during heavy maintenance checks
Verify completed work meets FAA and company standards
Review and sign off maintenance work packages
Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective action
Ensure airworthiness compliance before return to service
Maintain accurate and detailed inspection documentation
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License Required
Minimum 3 years heavy maintenance experience
Previous inspection experience preferred
Experience on Boeing or Airbus aircraft strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards
Ability to work any shift as required
Must pass background check and drug screening
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
