• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and outbound leads generated through various channels.
• Qualify and nurture sales leads through phone calls emails and other communication methods.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM software specifically CDK/E-Leads.
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Competitive salary range from $30000.00 to $120000.00 per year.
