The Ethics & Compliance Leader leads the design and deployment of global compliance framework activities and programs or implements specific programs within assigned businesses or functions. As a recognized subject matter expert in this area this role advises on highly complex compliance programs and activities ensuring they are risk-based aligned with business needs and consistent with regulatory requirements expectations and industry benchmarks.

- Deep knowledge of anti-bribery laws including the FCPA UK Bribery Act and other global anti-corruption regulations with experience working across international markets.
- Experience leading third-party due diligence bribery and corruption risk management third-party lifecycle compliance and M&A due diligence & integration activities.
- Program Design & Deployment: Advises on the design deployment and continuous improvement of global compliance framework activities and programs to support the development and implementation of effective compliance programs across businesses and functions.
- Data Analysis: Uses data dashboards and AI tools to identify trends monitor risks and measure program effectiveness.
- Communication: Advises on the design and leads the deployment of ethics and compliance standards and procedures through training programs and communication channels to drive understanding and adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Advises ethics and compliance leadership employees and internal partners on regulatory and program requirements and expectations guiding the application of compliance activities and programs.
- Strategy Development: Advises on the development and execution of global compliance program strategy identifies complex issues challenges and opportunities and ensures alignment with broader company objectives.
- Investigations & Audits: Conducts or provides input on complex investigations and audits related to compliance breaches applying forensic techniques and data analysis tools to evaluate findings and support recommendations.

Minimum
- 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelors degree in related fields
- 8 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance Anti-Corruption Investigations Audits Risk Management or related functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and presenting training to business leaders.
- Experience supporting and managing mandatory compliance processes and controls.
Preferred
- Law degree (JD Bachelor of Laws or equivalent)
- Professional certification in Ethics & Compliance or a related field (e.g. CCEP CFE CAMS or CIA) is preferred.
- Intermediate Spanish
The expected salary for this position is approximately $150000 to $160000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
