Job Summary
Peraton is seeking an experienced Analytic Leadto provide oversight and guidance to a team using multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The lead analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities strong attention to detail and the ability toperformindependently and within a team in a fastpaced environment under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Integrating and analyzing disparate raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;
- Developing coordinating incorporating feedback within and delivering all-source intelligence products targeting products and/or briefings;
- Leading and mentoring a team of all-source analysts and guiding the team to answer key intelligence questions;
- Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
- Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
- Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps
Required Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
- 10 years of relevant experience;
- Experience leveraging analytic methodologies and tradecraft and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;
- Experience using visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products;
- Prior experience leading analytic teams within the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities;
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision
